To get to Anghiari and the Val Tiberina, there are easy road links to Florence (A1 to Arezzo, and then the S.S.73 for 30 km or the S.P.43 Libbia); Perugia, Assisi and Cesena (using the E45), Rimini and San Marino (using the S.S.258
"Marecchiese"). Anghiari has a number of large car parks, one of which is especially equipped for camper vans. There is also a pubblic lift to the old town. By train:
the nearest train station is in Arezzo.
Then there is a bus to Anghiari every 45 minutes and it takes 50 minutes to reach the town.
